NOTICE OF SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING
Tuesday, January 28, 2020 at 6:00 p.m.
Paris Town Hall – 16607 Burlington Rd, Union Grove, WI 53182
- Call to Order.
- The Town Board will take up a motion to go into CLOSED SESSION, pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(f), considering financial, medical, social or personal histories or disciplinary data of specific persons, preliminary consideration of specific personnel problems or the investigation of charges against specific persons, which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations; and Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g) conferring with legal counsel for the governmental body who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved, specifically as it relates to Liberty Mutual Insurance Company coverages and a proof of loss claim related to an IRS matter.
- The Town Board reserves the right to go back into OPEN SESSION, possibly take action on the items discussed during the closed session and to move to the remaining agenda items and meeting agendas as posted.
