- The Town Board will take up a motion to go into CLOSED SESSION, pursuant to Wis. Stat. Section 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted by the body with respect to the following litigation in which it is involved: Peter Nelson v. Town of Paris, United States District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin, Case No. 20-CV-1100 and pursuant to Wis. Stat. Section 19.85(1)(e), for competitive or bargaining reasons, to discuss the proposed Memorandum of Understanding with Paris Solar Energy Center, LLC.
- The Town Board shall RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION to take possible action as to (only) the litigation matter discussed during the CLOSED SESSION and to move to remaining items on this agenda and other agendas as posted.
- Adjourn.
