- Board may consider a motion to go into closed session, pursuant to sec. 19.85 (1)(e), for deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, pertaining to a proposed memorandum of understanding with Midwest Fiber Networks and Town Hall driveway work, and pursuant to sec. 19.85(1)(c), for discussing public employee compensation, pertaining to workers compensation coverage.
- Reconvene into open session and take action, if any, as to the matters discussed in closed session.
- Adjourn
