- Plans for health safety for upcoming election.
- Landfill updates – environmental audit reports; recycling center.

- PSC public hearings on Paris Solar application
Discussion and Possible action on the following:
- Review, discussion and action on draft Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the
Town of Paris and Paris Solar Energy Center LLC. The parties have negotiated an agreement to
cover various concerns and responsibilities with regard to the proposed solar farm project to be
located within the Town.
2. Plan Commission recommendations:
- BLUME TRANSPORTATION GROUP LLC, 1480 240th Ave, Burlington, WI 53105 (Owner), Kyle
Cramer, 4754 S. Cottage Ln., Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 (Agent), requesting an amendment
to an existing conditional use permit to allow an expansion of the existing trucking business
facility in the B-3 Highway Business Dist. on Tax Parcel # 45-4-221-181-0410, located in the
NE X of Section 18, T2N, R21E, Town of Paris. - Mike Maxon, 1333 136th Ave Union Grove WI 53182 (Owner), requesting a rezoning from
A-l Agricultural Preservation Dist. to R-2 Suburban-Density Residential Dist. on Tax Parcel #
45-4-221-132-0305, located in the southeast X of the Northwest X of section 13, T2N, R21E,
Town of Paris. - Confirmation of acceptance of proposal from Westwords Consulting to redesign the Town\’s
website and set up new town emails accounts and archive system.
4. Consideration of donation to Paris School for Panther Prowl event.
- Consideration of removal of dead trees from Town property and tree trimming to improve site
lines at driveways.
6. Request for bids for snowplowing at town hall.
7. Tabled resolution with regard to affirming historical road bed history for 128th Ave.
8. Possible recommendation for appointment to the Plan Commission
9. Possible proposal from A&R Door Service for remotes for overhead doors.
