            A:         Approval of the revised Stormwater Maintenance Agreement for Foxtail Hollow.

                B:            Resolution 2021-7:  Waiver of an HOA Requirement for Foxtail Hollow

                C:            Resolution 2021-8:  Acceptance of Improvements of Foxtail Hollow

                D:            Foxtail Hollow Letter of Credit Reduction

                E:            Approval of a Memorandum of Understanding with American Transmission Company LLC for road repair                    reimbursement as part of the substation construction project at 335 172^nd Ave.

F:            Consider waiving fee for razing a building for Fire Department exercise.
