11.Town Business: 

                Discussion and Possible action on the following:

1. Presentation from Badtke Holdings LLC, 1565 200^th Ave. of potential additional tenants for the commercial buildings located on Lot 2 per the Conditional Use Permit.
2. Report on town road culvert inspection and discussion about replacement if necessary.
3. Determine if criteria have been met to allow the next payment to MWFN.
4. Insurance renewal quote
5. Appoint Leah Edquist to the Board of Review.

                Discussion/Updates:

1. Report on Chairman’s tour of the We Energies gas fired electric generation plant at Weston Wisconsin
2. Paris filing as an intervenor for Docket #6630-CE-316
3. Possible policy for violation of open burning rules.
4. Internet updates – Spectrum, Mid-West Fiber projects
5. Paris Solar project updates – including planned array deliveries.
