Discussion and Possible action on the following:

A:   Presentation and acceptance of audit of 2020 Town financials by Andrea and Orendorff, LLC – CPA

B:  Presentation of completed town wide internet engineering study; review of grant applications

C:  Consideration of extending contract with JSA for environmental auditing at Pheasant Run for the balance of 2021.

                    D:  Resolution 2021-5, to adopt the Village of Bristol/Town of Paris Cooperative Plan under Section 66.0307 of                                                          the Wisconsin  Statutes and to authorize transmittal of the Cooperative Plan to the State of Wisconsin                                                           Department of Administration.

Discussion:

      A:  Continued discussion of Town mileage reimbursement policy.

     B:  Proposed relocation of lay down yard for Paris Solar project

     C:  Proposed scope of road survey prior to start of construction of Paris Solar project

     D:   Revising Town open burning ordinance
