11. Town Business: 

                Discussion and Possible action on the following:

  1. Proposal from A & O Certified Public Accountants to provide accounting services to the town.
  2. Proposal from Foth Infrastructure and Environment to provide technical assistance to the Town for Direct Testimony to the Public Service Commission with regard to the proposed R.I.C.E. gas plant.
  3. 1-Year Operator License for Teesa Hanke from November 26, 2024 through June 30, 2025.
  4. Confirmation of salaries for Town Clerk and Fire Chief positions.
  5. Proposed License agreement between Waste Management and the Town of Paris to allow the use of Waste Management property for Fire/Rescue Training.
  6. Tabled approval of proposed amendments to the Town’s Sex Offender Residency Restriction ordinance.

  1. Pheasant Run operation updates – Mike Buxbaum
  2. Proposed WEC R.I.C.E. power plant updates
  3. Internet updates – Spectrum, Mid-West Fiber projects
  4. Paris Solar project updates/ Battery storage project
  5. Fire Department concrete approach bidding process
  6. Town road resurfacing planning and engineering needs
  7. Report – proposed development in the City of Kenosha Growth Area
  8. Salt use policy at Town Hall, possible purchase of a snow blower for clearing doorways.
