  1. Authorize the next payment to MWFN.
  2. Tabled approval of proposed amendments to the Town’s Sex Offender Residency Restriction ordinance.
  3. Approval of posting of request for proposal for town hall parking lot rebuild and fire station approach replacement.
  4. Accept public comments about the renewal of liquor licenses:

  1. Adopt Ordinance # 2024-02 to amend Subsection 7-14(h) of the Code of Ordinances, relating to fireworks.
  2. Adopt Ordinance #2024-03 to Opt out of extended closing hours for licensed alcohol premises during the Republican National Convention.
