Special Town Board Meeting
Tuesday, September 25, 2018 6:00 p.m.
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Paris will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, September 25, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. at the Paris Town Hall, 16607 Burlington Road, Union Grove, WI 53182, for the following:
- The Town Board will take up a motion to go into CLOSED SESSION, pursuant to Wis. Stat. Sections 19.85(1)(e) and (g) for the purpose of conducting public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, to discuss a potential development in the I-94 corridor and issues related thereto, and to discuss negotiation of an agreement and/or potential testimony before the Public Service Corporation related to solar farm projects.
- The Town Board shall RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION to take possible action on the item(s) discussed during the CLOSED SESSION including the possible retention of Stafford Rosenbaum LLP as special counsel related to solar farm matters.
- Adjourn to take up matters separately noticed up for the 7:00 p.m. regular Town Board meeting.
