SPECIAL TOWN BOARD MEETING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Paris will hold a Special Meeting on Tuesday, May 28, 2019 at 6:15 pm, at the Paris Town Hall, 16607 Burlington Road, Union Grove, Wisconsin, 53182, for the following:
- The Town Board will take up a motion to go into CLOSED SESSION, pursuant to Wis. Stat. Section 19.85(1)(e), for the purpose of deliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, to review and discuss negotiations as to the proposed solar farm and IRS employee withholding penalties.
- The Town Board shall RECONVENE INTO OPEN SESSION and may take possible action on the item(s) discussed during the CLOSED SESSION.
- Adjourn.
