3. Motion to go into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat.  sec. 19.85(1)(g), for conferring with legal counsel regarding pending litigation, namely Nelson v. Town of Paris, and pursuant to Wis. Stat. sec. 19.85(1)(c), for considering compensation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, pertaining to the Town Fire Department.

• Reconvene into open session and take action, if any, with respect to matters discussed in closed session

• Continue to regular Town Board meeting agenda.
