1. Roll call.
2. Board may consider a motion to go into closed session, pursuant to sec. 19.85 (1)(c), for considering employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility, and sec. 19.85(1)(f), for considering financial, medical, social or personal histories of specific persons, pertaining to Town Clerk succession planning.
3. Reconvene into open session and take action, if any, as to the matter(s) discussed in closed session.
