- Discussion and possible action: Designate the Paris Town Clerk as the official Town Representative with regard to applying for and accounting for The American Rescue Plan Act – Local Fiscal Recovery Funds. This action would designate the Town Clerk to apply for the funds, act as the Town’s representative with the Wisconsin Department of Revenue with regard to these funds and keep an accounting of the use of these funds, if any. Any decision to use the funds granted would be made by the Paris Town Board at future public meetings. This action does not obligate the Town to use the funds.
