REQUEST FOR BIDS
FOR LEASE OF
TOWN OWNED PROPERTY
The Town of Paris, Kenosha County, is seeking bids for the Lease of Approximately 18 Acres of Tillable Land Adjacent to the Paris Town Hall, 16607 Burlington Road, Union Grove, Wisconsin, being part of Parcel No. 45-4-221-153-0350.
Terms of Lease are:
- One Year Term: January 1, 2020 — December 31, 2020
- Lease must include a Certificate of Insurance
The form of the lease agreement to be entered into by the selected bidder is available for inspection at the Town Hall during normal business hours.
Bids shall specify the proposed annual rent to be paid to the Town under the Lease Agreement.
Sealed Bids must be addressed to Town of Paris, 16607 Burlington Road, Union grove, Wisconsin 53182. Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope clearly labeled \”Bid for Land Lease.\” Sealed Bids will be accepted until 5:00 pm on November 25th, 2019.
Sealed bids will be publicly opened at the regular Town of Paris Town Board Meeting, starting at 7:00 pm on Tuesday, November 26th, 2019.

The Town Board of Paris reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities. Unless the Bids are rejected for good cause, award of contract shall be made to the highest responsible and responsive bidder.
