NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be conducted by the Town of Paris Plan Commission on Monday, August 21, 2023, beginning at 6:00 p.m. at the Town of Paris Safety Building, 16607 Burlington Road, Union Grove Wisconsin 53182 to consider a proposed amendments to the land use map and 2035 Comprehensive Plan text for the Town of Paris contained in the Comprehensive Plan for Kenosha County. The purpose of the public hearing is to accept public comment on the proposed amendments.
The intent of the new amendments is for inclusion in the new Kenosha County 2050 Comprehensive Plan.
The public may review copies of the proposed amendments and the existing 2035 Comprehensive Plan at the Town of Paris Safety Building, 16607 Burlington Road during regular Town Office hours. Interested parties may make arrangements with the Town Clerk to obtain a copy of the application. (262-859-3006)

During the Public Hearing, the public is invited to speak on the proposed amendments. Written comments can be submitted to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting and shall become part of the record. The Public Hearing shall be closed when all interested parties in attendance have had a chance to offer a comment.
Upon the close of the Public Hearing, a meeting of the Town of Paris Plan Commission shall be called to order, and the amendments shall be addressed per the agenda.
