Town of Paris Plan Commission
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a Public Hearing will be conducted by the Town of Paris Plan Commission on Monday, March 18, 2019, beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Paris Safety Building, 16607 Burlington Road, Union Grove Wisconsin 53182 to consider a proposed amendment to the Land Use Plan Map for the Town of Paris of the Comprehensive Plan for Kenosha County. The purpose of the public hearing is to accept public comment on the proposed amendment.
An application has been filed with Kenosha County and the Town of Paris by the Lila J Muhlenbeck/Muhlenbeck Trust, 18216 60th St, Bristol, WI 53104-9748 (Owner), Mike & Lori Muhlenbeck, 1631 Angsley Lane, San Ramon, CA 94582 (Agent), requesting an amendment to the Adopted Land Use Plan map for Kenosha County: 2035 (map 65 of the comprehensive plan) from “Farmland Protection” to “General Agricultural and Open Land” & “Suburban-Density Residential” on Tax Parcel # 45-4-221-333-0201, located in the SW ¼ of Section 33, T2N, R21E, Town of Paris.
During the Public Hearing, the public is invited to speak on the application. Written comments can be submitted to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting and shall become part of the record. The Public Hearing shall be closed when all interested parties in attendance have had a chance to offer comment.
Upon the close of the Public Hearing, a meeting of the Town of Paris Plan Commission shall be called to order and the application shall be addressed per the agenda.

For informational purposes the parcel is located on the west side of Highway 45 (200th Ave), south of the intersection with 1st Street. (KR). If approved, recommendation will be made by resolution.

Those members not on the Plan Commission will be attending to gather information. No action by the Town Board shall be taken at these meetings.
