Real estate and personal property tax bills are mailed to property owners in December of each year. The full payment or first installment is due to the Town of Paris by January 31. After January 31, all payments must be made to the Kenosha County Treasurer. Payments to the Town of Paris can be made by mail, in-person at Paris Safety Building (Town Hall) during normal business hours or by using the drop-box located near the west entrance of the building. On October 11, 2016, representatives from Paris, Somers and Kenosha announced a boundary agreement regarding land along I-94, extending sewer and water service to that area and a permanent border for Paris. The agreement designates areas of Paris for eventual annexation into Somers and Kenosha, but not allow any further annexations from those municipalities.
