                Discussion and Possible action on the following:

1. Presentation and possible acceptance of the annual Town Audit. Presentation by Erica Blumberg – A & O – Certified Public Accountants.
2. Approval of a Temporary Class “B” /Class “B” Retailer’s license for the Fall Fest Wine Walk 2024

3. Approve 1 year liquor operator’s license for the following individual: Natasha Hegemann
4. Consideration of plans to move forward with the replacement of the concrete approach to the fire station and the town hall parking lot.
5. Proposed contract with Waste Management to use a company owned house for long term fire department training.
6. Appointment of election worker pending completion of 2 hours of training: Dean Holloway
7. Approval of donation to the Paris School Panther Prowl.
8. Consider authorizing the next payment to MWFN.
9. Town response as an intervenor with regard to PSC hearing on R.I.C.E power plant.
10. Possible use of the Town Hall by group on monthly basis – continued discussion.
11. Tabled approval of proposed amendments to the Town’s Sex Offender Residency Restriction ordinance.

2. Discussion of town accounting software and practices, retaining services of an accountant.
3. Discussion on shared revenue caps from Utility Tax payments to the Town and possible Town actions.

6. Internet updates – Spectrum, Mid-West Fiber projects
7. Paris Solar project updates/ Battery storage project
8. Air sampling proposal from Jo Spear, JSA Environmental
