12. Per a recommendation from the Plan Commission: Consideration of Ordinance # 2025-01 to approve a land use map amendment: Marilyn M. Zirbel Rev. Trust, 14700 60th St., Bristol, WI 53104-9753 (Owner), Marilyn M. Zirbel, 14700 60th St., Bristol, WI 53104-9753 (Agent), requests an amendment to the Adopted Land Use Plan map for Kenosha County: 2035 (map 65 of the comprehensive plan) from “Mixed Use” & “SEC” to “Mixed Use”, “Rural-Density Residential” & “SEC” on Tax Parcel #45-4-221-353-0105, located in the southwest ¼ of Section 35, T2N, R21E, Town of Paris. This will be accomplished by adopting an ordinance.

 

2. Per a recommendation from the Plan Commission: Marilyn M. Zirbel Rev. Trust, 14700 60th St., Bristol, WI 53104-9753 (Owner), Marilyn M. Zirbel, 14700 60th St., Bristol, WI 53104-9753 (Agent), requesting a rezoning from A-1 Agricultural Preservation Dist. & C-1 Lowland Resource Conservancy Dist. to A-1 Agricultural Preservation Dist., R-1 Rural Residential Dist., C-1 Lowland Resource Conservancy Dist. & PUD Planned Unit Development Overlay Dist. on Tax Parcel #45-4-221-353-0105, located in the southwest ¼ of Section 35, T2N, R21E, Town of Paris.

 

3. Per a recommendation from the Plan Commission: Marilyn M. Zirbel Rev. Trust, 14700 60th St., Bristol, WI 53104-9753 (Owner), Marilyn M. Zirbel, 14700 60th St., Bristol, WI 53104-9753 (Agent), requesting approval of a Certified Survey Map on Tax Parcel #45-4-221-353-0105, located in the southwest ¼ of Section 35, T2N, R21E, Town of Paris.

 

4. Review and possible acceptance of a bid to for the replacement of the north concrete approach to the Fire/Rescue apparatus bays.

 

5. Consideration and possible selection of a lead design and General Contractor for the proposed remodeling and addition to Fire/Rescue Department building.

 

6. Consideration of purchasing new tables for the Town Hall.

 

7. Consideration of options for updating of lighting for the Town Memorial.

 

8. Discussion and possible decisions on engineering to address the rebuilding of 172^nd Ave and addressing right of way drainage challenges on 138^th Ave, both Town roads.

 

9. Consideration of a two year liquor operator license for Heather Kind-Keppel to expire 6-30-2027
