- Closed session. The Town Board is expected to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stats. 19.85(1) (e) for the purpose ofdeliberating or negotiating the purchase of public properties, the investing of public funds or conducting other specified public business whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session; specifically to discuss Waste Management’s proposed First Amendment to Landfill Agreement and expiration of Temporary Amendment to the Landfill Agreement.
4. Reconvene to open session for possible action on the matters discussed in closed session.
5. Possible acknowledgement of revised fee schedule for Building Permits.
6. Adjourn
