  1. Board may consider a motion to go into closed session, pursuant to sec. 19.85 (1)(e), for deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session, pertaining to the draft Master Agreement with Midwest Fiber Networks.
  1. Reconvene into open session and take action, if any, as to the matter discussed in closed session.
  2. Adjourn

11.  Presentation by representatives of Charter/Spectrum to provide information about the installation of fiber                               internet service to portions of the Town.

Discussion and Possible action on the following:

  1. Review and approve the occupancy by tenant for commercial building owned by Badtke Holdings at 1565 200th Ave.
  2. Consideration and possible approval of a Service Order with MidWest Fiber Networks LLC to provide internet service to the Town Hall upon installation of fiber network.
  3. Consideration of Master Network Development Agreement with MIdWest Fiber Networks LLC
  4. Updated Burn Permit process
  5. Replacement of chairs in the conference room.
  6. Approve new shelving for equipment room and storage lockers for Fire/Rescue.
  7. Key fob and camera projects for town hall.
  8. A one-year Operator’s licenses for July 25, 2023 thru June 30, 2024, for Britney Taylor for Picnic in Paris and St. Sharbal Festival

  1. Plan Commission recommendations to update the Town’s land use plan and maps as part of Kenosha County’s Smart Growth Plan review.
  2. Town Hall parking lot/ Fire Department approach projects
  3. Internet updates – Mid-West Fiber project
