Discussion and Possible action on the following:

  1. Presentation and approval of the 2022 Audit by Erica Blumberg from A/O Certified Public Accountants
  2. Approve agreement with Kenosha County to have the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department provide animal control services for the Town.
  3. Approving a municipality fee to be included with MidWest Fiber Network internet bills.
  4. Possible purchase of lockers, new bubbler, and shelving for the Fire & Rescue Department.
  5. Approval of Resolution 2023-2 a resolution approving the “resolution authorizing the appointment of adult crossing guards by the school board for the Joint School District number 1, Village of Union Grove, Towns of Paris, Dover, and Yorkville.
  6.   Liquor license renewals: Liquor License Application:  Approve the Class B Retail (Combination Malt Beverages & Intoxicating Liquor) July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024 Michael Ventura, dba:  Mars Cheese Castle; Randall M. Henning, dba:  Packard Enterprises; Bonnie Mentek, dba:  Stumble Inn Bar & Grill, LLC; Joe Neu, dba:  Tin Cup; Mary Acuna, dba: Red Oak.
  7. Approve the Liquor License Application:  Class “B” Retail (Fermented Malt Beverage) July 1, 2023 – June 30, 2024:  Steven Lichler, dba:  Sportsman Rod & Gun Club.
  8. Approve application for Temporary Class “B” and Temporary “Class B” (picnic) License: for Saint Sharbel Festival at St. John’s on July 30, 2023.
  9. Approve the application for Temporary Class “B” and Temporary “Class B” (picnic) License:  St. John the Baptist Church, Picnic in Paris, July 29, 2023.
  10.   1. Plan Commission recommendations to update the Town’s land use plan and maps as part of Kenosha County’s Smart Growth Plan review.  Town Planner Jeff Muenkel will attend.
