Presentation: Tyler Johnson – Vice President, Senior Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner and Smith Inc. on services offered by his firm with regards to portfolio management for the Town.
Discussion and Possible Action on the following:
- Re-appoint Jeff Badtke to three-year term on Plan Commission as Chairman.
- Appoint replacement for Jay Nutting to a three-year term on the Plan Commission.
- Consider authorizing the creation of a Paris Fire and Rescue Association.
- Consideration of adding work shift for Paid on Premises to cover the 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. time frame.
- Consideration of updates to fire truck 5512 to extend useful life.
- Confirm the payment of the engineering fee to Mid West Fiber Network.
- Budget considerations: Accounting for fees generated from pet licenses; ARPA funds – budget; budget considerations for repair of Town parking lot and fire department approaches.
- Consideration of a day that the Board could meet for Road Inspection ride-a-long.

- Report on drainage issues on Hwy KR near the We Energies gas regulator site and potential solutions.
- Plan Commission Map proposal.
