- Discussion and possible recommendation to the Town Board with regard to proposed setting Fees/Cost Sharing Requirements for proposed Land Divisions.
- Discussion and possible recommendation to the Town Board of a Professional Fee Reimbursement Agreement.
- Discussion on creating an AgPUD Land Division Guide.
- Discussion on adding a section to the Town’s adopted Land Division Ordinance to create a single lot land division process that works outside of the new AgPUD land division process.
- Discussion on the need to consider requiring proposals for land divisions to include a review of, and potential solutions for, storm water impacts of development or land use changes on the petitioner’s property and surrounding lands.
