  1. Presentation/Public Comment:  – The Frederick Family Revocable Trust (owner) Attorney Anthony Nudo as counsel and Truck Country of Wisconsin, Chris Helle (agent), are proposing a development on an approximately 49 acres parcel of land located at 1914 120th Ave. in the Village of Somers Growth Area, west of I-94 for a new truck dealership that would provide sales, parts and service for the Freightliner truck brand.  Parcel 45-4-221-241-0102 is currently located in the Town of Paris but would be transferred to the Village of Somers per the terms of the Intergovernmental Agreement between the Village of Somers; Town of Paris and City of Kenosha, prior to development.  The parcel is currently zoned Agricultural.  The land is designated as commercial on the adopted Land Use Map.  Following a presentation of the proposal by Truck Country, interested members of the public will be recognized to offer any pertinent comments and questions about the proposal.  Once all comments have been heard, the public portion of the meeting will be closed and the Commission will take up the following petitions:
  1. Petition from the Frederick Family Revocable Trust (owner) and Truck Country of Wisconsin (agent), requesting the rezoning of portions of Tax Parcel # 45-4-221-241-0102 (Tax parcel will change to a Somers ID upon attachment to the village) from A-1 Agricultural Preservation District with a Shoreland Zoning District overlay to B-3 Highway Business District and C-1 Low Land Resource Conservancy,
  1. Petition from the Frederick Family Revocable Trust (owner) and Truck Country of Wisconsin (agent) for a Conditional Use Permit for Tax Parcel # 45-4-221-241-0102 (Tax parcel will change to a Somers ID upon attachment to the village), located at 1914 120th Ave to allow for the construction and operation of a heavy truck dealership with truck sales, service and parts sales and distribution.
  1. Review and approval of the minutes from the September 30, 2025 commission meeting.
  1. Discussion and possible action with regard to scheduling the annual review of the revenue sharing records for 2025. 
  1. Adjourn
