Special Session
Paris Town Board Meeting
Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 9:00 am
Notice is hereby given that the Town Board for the Town of Paris will convene on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., at the Paris Town Hall, 16607 Burlington Road, Union Grove, Wisconsin, for the purpose of the following:
- Discussion and possible action on authorizing repairs to Fire Engine 5512 due to failing pump.
- Discussion and possible action to authorize the listing of Ambulance 5542 for sale.
- Consideration and possible action to adopt an ordinance to regulate the Town’s ownership, management, operation and maintenance of cemetery(s) that come under the Town’s control.
- Discussion and possible action with regard to appointment of sexton or community board to manage operation of cemeteries under Town control.
- Board may consider a motion to go into closed session, pursuant to sec. 19.85 (1)(e), to discuss Town’s negotiation posture and strategy for reaching an agreement with Invenergy for compensation for road damage and wear during the construction of the Paris Solar project; conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
- Reconvene into open session and take action, if any, as to the matter(s) discussed in closed session.
- Adjourn.
