11.  Town Business:

1. Continued discussion and consideration of retaining new IT support for Town Hall
2. Possible action on opioid settlement agreement.
3. Consideration of draft Ordinance #2025 – 03  An ordinance to amend Sections 3-2 and 3-3 of the Code of Ordinances for the Town of Paris, Kenosha County, Wisconsin, relating to alcohol licenses.
4. Consideration of acceptance of final MWFN fiber project and authorize last payment.
5. Continued planning discussion for the rebuilding of 172^nd Ave.
6. Discussion on anticipated town road repairs
7. Authorize trucking service to move training facility to training ground.
8. Continued discussion on financial planning for future town capital expenditures, retention of advisor.
9. Continued discussion on proposal from Bristol-Paris Cemetery Association to turn the cemetery and its assets over to Town control per Wisconsin State Statutes.
10. Consideration of a draft Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Wisconsin Energy Corporation and the Town of Paris with regard to the construction and operation of the Public Service Commission approved R.I.C.E. electric generating plant.
