  1. Recommendation from the Plan Commission:  Petition from B and J Nelson Farms, LLC, 8782 136th Ave, Kenosha Wisconsin (owner) and Gene Bergles, 18004 Burlington Road, Union Grove, Wisconsin (agent) requesting a rezoning from A-1 Agricultural Preservation District to A-1 Agricultural Preservation District and A-2 General Agricultural District on Tax Parcel #45-4-221-163-0302 located in the SW ¼ of Section 16, T2N, R21E in the Town of Paris. The purpose of the rezoning is to accommodate a lot line adjustment to attach approximately .60 of an acre to the Bergles property.
  2. Consideration and action on donation to the Deputy Friendly Poster Contest
  3. Consideration and action on request from Natasha Hegemann, dba County Line Hall, for a Class B liquor license for a Qualified Event Venue for County Line Hall LLC, 103 200th Ave, in the Town of Paris, Natasha Hegemann (agent).
  4. Consideration and action on request for change of agent for Packard Enterprises for the Class B liquor license at 18411 1st Street in the Town of Paris. Agent to be changed to Clair Henning.
  5. Consideration and action on a 2-year operator’s license for Katherine Duvall, expiring 6/30/2027.
  6. Consideration and action on proposal from Billingsley Engineering for installation of a holding tank at the Fire/Rescue training center at 4009 200th Ave.
  7. Consideration of updated contract with Wisconsin Humane Society for animal sheltering service.
  8. Tabled discussion on bidding process for proposed joint repaving project of 9th Street with Brighton
