11.  Town Business:

  1. Discussion with Town Counsel with regard to Town ownership of Bristol/Paris Cemetery, transfer of assets to the Town, creation of a cemetery board, adoption of Town ordinance for governance.
  2. Consideration and action on Resolution to formally accept the transfer of the Bristol/Paris Cemetery.
  3. Discussion and consideration of doing a complete revaluation of all parcels to bring assessment into compliance.  Consideration of contract with Associated Appraisal to conduct the revaluation.
  4. Confirming the transfer of funds from Ehlers account to cover the offset payment to Kenosha County for tax bills.
  5. Request from Natasha Hegemann, dba County Line Hall, to have the Town acknowledge the State approval of her application to become a certified venue, making her eligible for a liquor license quota exemption. Board action would authorize the issuance of a Class B liquor license to County Line Hall LLC, 103 200th Ave, in the Town of Paris, Natasha Hegemann (agent) and authorize the Town Chair and Town Clerk to complete any paperwork necessary to issue the license.
  6. Discussion and possible recommendation to the County on discussion to possibly amend the sound limits for the County cabaret license.
  7. Consideration of a 1 year operator’s license for Leah MacDonald, expiring 6/30/2026.
  8. Confirm time and materials contract with CK Contractors for site preparation for the grading for Fire Department training facility.
  9. Consideration of donation to the Paris Grade School Spaghetti Supper.
  10. Consideration of a donation to the Seno Land Conservancy.
  11. Tabled discussion on bidding process for proposed joint repaving project of 9th Street with Brighton

  1. Pheasant Run operation updates – Mike Buxbaum
  2. Fire/Rescue building renovation/expansion project/training center
  3. WEC R.I.C.E. power plant updates
  4. OneEnergy solar project updates
  5. Proposed natural gas power plant by Invenergy
