Natural Gas Pipeline Company of America has identified a potential modified route for the proposed gas line from the main line in Illinois into Wisconsin. They have mailed letters to the properties along the new route. They are now asking those landowners for permission to access their properties to identify exact routing, identify the suitability of soils and determining ways to lessen the impact of the project.
The route in Wisconsin would run roughly parallel to the existing easement for the high line tower route just west of 128th Avenue.
